1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Cornmeal
1/2 Cup Wheat Germ
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 lb Beef Liver
Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and lightly grease a cookie sheet.
In a blender, liquify the beef liver.
In a mixing bowl, combine the dry ingredients and the contents of the blender. Mix well.
Using a teaspoon, drop the dough onto the lightly greased cookie sheet. Make the spoonfulls small or as large as you’d like. This will determine the size of the treat.
Use the bottom of a cup or glass to flatten out the spoonfuls of dough.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
